We ensure that teaching, learning, assessment, and internal quality assurance meet or exceed the standards required by awarding bodies, funding agencies, and regulatory authorities.

Implementation Our QA framework is overseen by the Quality Manager, with clear roles and responsibilities assigned to delivery staff, assessors, and internal verifiers. Regular internal audits, standardisation meetings, and learner progress reviews ensure consistency and compliance. Findings from quality reviews are used to inform the organisation’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
