NC Group Ltd – Quality Assurance Statement

Purpose
At NC Group Ltd, our mission is to deliver high-quality, learner-focused training that meets the needs of employers, learners, and industry. Our Quality Assurance (QA) framework ensures that all aspects of our provision are delivered to the highest possible standards, supporting continuous improvement and positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Commitment to Quality
NC Group Ltd is committed to maintaining robust quality assurance processes across all areas of delivery. We ensure that teaching, learning, assessment, and internal quality assurance meet or exceed the standards required by awarding bodies, funding agencies, and regulatory authorities.
Key Principles
1. Learner-Centred Approach – Every learner is supported to achieve their full potential through personalised learning, effective feedback, and a safe, inclusive learning environment.
2.Consistency and Compliance – All training and assessment activities are conducted in line with awarding organisation requirements, internal policies, and relevant legislation.
3. Continuous Improvement – We actively review performance data, learner and employer feedback, and external verifier reports to identify areas for enhancement.
4. Staff Development – Our trainers, assessors, and internal quality assurers (IQAs) are fully qualified, occupationally competent, and supported through ongoing professional development.
5. Transparency and Accountability – Quality assurance processes are documented, monitored, and reviewed regularly to ensure integrity, fairness, and accuracy in all aspects of delivery and assessment.

Implementation
Our QA framework is overseen by the Quality Manager, with clear roles and responsibilities assigned to delivery staff, assessors, and internal verifiers. Regular internal audits, standardisation meetings, and learner progress reviews ensure consistency and compliance. 
Findings from quality reviews are used to inform the organisation’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
