The overall aim of the programme focuses on performing of leadership and management within all sector this is an alternative to Apprenticeship Provision and providing a practical understanding of the principles of Shop Floor leadership to support Q,C,D,S achievement.
About the Course
This is achieved through leading your team, managing your people, managing conflict, managing performance, stress awareness and building personal and team resilience.
* Effective application of established leadership techniques to create an effective and efficient team.
* Apply different skills and techniques to effectively manage teams, including dealing with difficult conversation and managing conflict.
* Use facts and data to manage individual and team performance, applying suitable tools and techniques to address examples of poor performance.
* Be aware of stress and the key sources, applying suitable techniques to minimise the impact on organisational performance.
